Common issues
I’m not getting the sign-in email (Magic Link)
Check your Spam/Promotions folder and that you typed the address correctly. Tap “Resend email” again. If it still doesn’t arrive, write to us.
I don’t see any offers on the map
Enable location and increase the radius in the filters. At first we only start in certain cities — we expand gradually.
I want to report a user
Use the report button in the chat or on the listing. We review every report.
