Delete account and data

You can delete your BottleUp account and its data anytime. Below are the two simple ways to do it.

Option 1 — from the app (recommended)

  1. Open the BottleUp app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Settings → Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed.

Option 2 — by email

Write to us from your account email at contact@bottleup.ro with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm and process the request within 30 days at most.

What data is deleted

  • Your profile (email, nickname, avatar).
  • Your listings, messages and ratings.
  • Your push notification identifier.

We may keep a minimal amount of data only where the law requires it (e.g. accounting records for paid services), for the period required by law. Everything else is removed or anonymized.
